Well pressurizing the intake at the first bit of tubing leaving the supercharger outlet shows me that all the pretty tubing and intercooler and new rubber elbow etc. are all air tight. It also shows me that the rubber cap for the flappy bearing on top of the intake is leaking a little bit of air, and from under the MAF somewhere there is a bigger leak.
You can't feel the air but you can hear it with a ultra sonic leak detector.

I'm hoping it's just the boot under the MAF but I doubt I'll be that lucky.
I'm guessing the little bit of leakage around the rubber cap isn't an issue, or is it? Is there a similar bearing sitting on the underside of the intake? Maybe that is the source of the bigger leak...

I was only using 12 to 13 psi for the test.

There's an identical bearing on the underside of the intake. The part to Google for is HK 1012RS. These bearings have a rubber seal oriented towards the 'outside' of the manifold. Did you ever paint or powder coat the intake? They get cooked or damaged during either the baking or chemical stripping process. Removal is kind of a PITA.
