Unhappy Strange noise - electrical problem

In the process of resolving my speedometer / odometer issues I was checking connections under the cluster with the battery connected. There are two terminals that fit onto posts coming out of the bottom of the ignition switch housing that got bumped off and shorted breifly - not sure if it was together or to ground.

All of the indicators on the dash are normal when I turn on the key prior to and during cranking but when the engine starts and I release the key my shift indicator light pulses (regardless of gear selection) and there is a muffled but very audible noise pulse (sort of like a muted door chime) that tracks with the gear selector. My ventilation fan also does not seem to have power.

I presume I toasted a relay but I will be darned if I can figure out the wiring diagram to identify the common element of these items.

Any help would be appreciated.

Default

I need to close this one out now that I found teh three blown fuses. Strange how when a fuse blows it changes the function of the relays and instead of everything involved not working - some of it doesn't work and some of it works strangly.

Anyway all is back up and running.
