Last week I ordered a drivers side window lift mtr, then I reciver a note back from Tom saying that it was on back order. As per the instructions on the e-mail, I called JIm to ask about possible date of arriviale, he said that they wern't shure when they were getting one- I took that to mean - not shure if ever- he laughed and said call back on friday and he should be able to give me some form of time line at that point. NEXT DAY I come home and check my e-mail and find a ups shipping and tracking number saying that it will arrive on the 28th, GREAT! I can live with that. But low and behold I came home from work yesterday- and there it was! I believe that is that fastest that I have ever gotten anything from the west coast!! GREAT JOB Jim,Mark and Tom. ITs in and working like new!!!
