what is this? it is on the door jam, the date is almost worn off.... I was told it is an ultra rare certification that was given to only a select number of cars that were test driven by someone high up at the Porsche Factory as a random quality check.

I think inspector is spelled inspektor in German..so not likely factory..but perhaps a "certified pre-owned" car at the local Porsche dealer.
