Is it still a Weissach without the original paint?

if you go to the glasurit web page you can find your color and code (and possibly a paintshop in your area)with this any painter supply shop (that uses Galsurit) can make the paint

Thanks for the replies and the info. Truth be told, the car just makes me happy. I have it under a car cover right now in my driveway, and whenever I uncover it to work on it, or just to look at it, it always brings a big grin to my face.
I expected it to be a very expensive toy, and I plan on it taking me 3-5 years to complete. The fact that it a special edition with a history makes it worth more to me that a normal 928, even if it is no different except the paint and interior.

I will post pictures soon, and also as it evolves to completion. I plan on keeping it stock looking inside and out, but the engine is going to be pulled out this fall. The heads and block will be sent out to 928performance for their services, and the engine will be completely rebuilt. I also plan on purchasing the 928performance 'Complete Performance Suspension Kit' and some of their other goodies, including their headers and exhaust system parts. Anyone know any other good suppliers with similar items with similar or better prices?
