Default Need S4 Radiator

I think that my radiator has finally died on my 89 S4 Auto. I'm getting alot of tranny fluid in my coolant....so I think the trans cooler is shot. I will know shortly from my mechanic....

Anybody have a good used radiator that will buy me some time until I can afford a new one?

Mike

928 Int'l is your best source for used parts.

I have a radiator from a 85 928S that might work. Its a good used radiator that I got from BrendanC, we decided to get a new one instead.

. The 78-86 needs slots cut into the lower flange of the radiator core to mount the S-4 schroud and the side brackets cut off the plastic tanks.

Are you trying to assuming there is something wrong with the radiator I’m selling?? If so come out and say it! Simply put this was my dad’s build he wanted a new one because of the “pretty factory” and that’s it. Geez some sponsers on this forum...

Like I said it sounded FUNNY as in humorous to me. I also pointed out that with some modifications he could fit it to his later car. Sorry you took offense to my comments.

Pretty obvious that anyone would have taken offense to your comments, Jim! You know nothing about me or the radiator but as you said “It was not good enough for Brendan, was not good enough for Dan ," alluding to the fact that I’m using some deceptive scheme to sell a botched $150 radiator. Get Real! Are you always so pessimistic and condescending on this forum? I will respectfully bow out of this high school garbage.

Try to help a guy out and I’m getting judged over a $150 radiator (928intl wants $500) that Jim has never seen or touched. WOW!

As for my comment above about “might work” that refers to fitment not functionality. To even think I would try and rip someone off on this forum is laughable at best! I have plenty of friends on here that will back that statement up if references are needed!

For all I knew you were GIVING him the radiator, $150 is a great price. I deleted my comments and am very sorry that I offended you.
