I actually like it. Someone in the mid east did a 599 like that recently! CRAZY! It is probably cheaper to do that than to do a repaint on a car! Not to mention you can go back and forth to any color (or chrome, or flat) finish you want! AWESOME!

It's actually a special paint... not real chrome.

Hehhe, I can already see the owner of a chrome car in the middle east trying to use his key to unlock his car in an empty parking around noon. Better be wearing sunglasses.

I don't think it is paint AT ALL! I believe it is a wrap. Look along the very bottom of the car and you will see where they are peeling the backing off of it. Look through the glass hatch and you will see all the backing that has already been removed...

Ooops...I take it back; LightStriker, you are correct on this! That is where it was tapped off, not the backing from the wrap! That just ain't right! They should have used a wrap, then they could change it out whenever they want to...sure about $600 - $800, but to change the color of your car to something fun for that kind of money is not bad!

Youd see that coming a mile away here in Las vegas. Would look great at night driving down the strip though....all the lights refelcting off the curves of the car.

Can you make this a research project and report back?
