The LH2.2 (and even some of the early 2.3) does not have diagnostic capabilities. So the answer is no on the 2.2. However, on the early 2.3's it's just a matter of swapping the main EPROM with one that has the diagnostics.

AFAIK, LH 2.2 has only one diagnostic output, and it's only on the 32Vs. It's not written up anywhere that I could find.
