Odd TB invoice details

I'm going back through service records of my S4, to see what parts if any of the tensioner mechanism have been changed.
Under my watch/ownership, the TB was changed in Oct 2007 at 127,433. Laso water pump was installed at same time which I suspect has a slow leak. I still need to talk to mechanic to see if any other parts were changed then.
But here's the odd thing. Prior to that the TB was changed by an official Porsche dealer in the UK in April 2001 at 102,397. The invoice includes a labour charge for 3.5 hours but doesn't itemise any parts related to the TB other than 'bridge' 928.105.615.01 (looking at PET I'm guessing this is part of tension sensor system?).
There's not even a reference to the TB itself, let alone any rollers, gaskets etc. It's not as if it's been sloppily invoiced as even individual o-rings are listed and priced (Porsche like to charge don't they). They also included the yellow card saying toothed belt should be checked/tensioned after 2000-2500 miles.
So not really a question but just an observation that a Porsche dealer should miss out stuff on an invoice, or maybe they just applied some sort of menu charge which was inclusive of the new belt?

928.105.615.01 is part #51 in this diagram http://dcauto.gotdns.com/illustration/index/446405712 , I bet the light came on and they went in to change this part.. (probably broke) which is about a 3-4 hour job

I would be inclined to generous interpretation that it was a package, since the invoice does state "changed cambelt" next to the labour charge. Also they included the card warning "toothed belt" has been changed and needs re-tensioning.
Either way I doubt if a package would include roller/idler so I'm thinking that mine are original.
At the moment I'm considering getting all the parts I may want to replace and re-doing the TB job myself, including changing Laso WP for a recon Porsche one. The new belt is Conti so I may change that for Porsche one too. I'm concerned that the new belt has not held tension since re-tension, and appear to have slow WP leak. Also the cam sprockets look somewhat worn so probably take opportunity to install new ones (is this simple once belt covers are off?)

You'll want a 32V'r anyway, to properly set up the cam timing after the sprocket swap.
(Roger stocks both.)

I've never heard #51 called a bridge, but the Brits might.
Addendum, if they use or give you the solid metal strap, which is what the picture shows, return it for the flexible wire ground. The flat metal strap was replaced by the wire for a reason. It can't handle the twisting torsion load and shears.
