I really like stealth installs so I try to fit my audio upgrades into the original holes and try to use the same grills. Only issue I have now is that with the new amp the 6.5 speakers vibrate against the stock speaker covers.
I would like either a pair of stock round 6.5" speaker covers I can use to make spacers or the mounting kit for the MBQuarts.
Anyone have a pair to sell. I have all kinds of leftover audio parts to trade, too.

I mounted mine with Dynamat and fiberglass insulation behind them which helped direct the lower frequencies outward.
I will check I might have the mounting hardware but not sure if it will help.

Are you sure they are hitting the covers. I have the same setup and if you push them too hard they will distort but mine don't come close to hitting the grills.

There is no issue with the covers removed. So, I assume the issue is cover related. FWIW, I can push the MBQuarts to full volume and a reasonable amount of gain and get zero distortion. I think the rubber ring is coming into contact with the cover and getting the metal grate to virate.
The MBQuart part I really need is the speaker mounting ring that the speaker actually attaches to. I have one of them. And a couple of extending rings would help.
TIA

PO cutout the area behind the 6.5 speaker and I could hear the road noise. Yuk. I filled it with spray foam insulation. No road noise.
