Thanks for all the tips. That went okay in the end. Had to remove the whole assembly (couldn't manage to remove just the motor). This video helped me align the bolts to get it all back together: There seems to be a bit of a 'clonk' noise right at the end when it closes now. Hopefully nothing concerning...
