Default Leaky Injectors

Hello, Short time reader, first time poster...

I have a 1980 shark with a leaky injector. At first I thought the leak was due to a poor seal, so I removed both fuel rails and found that the issue was with little hose that connects the injector to the fuel rail. The hose is a little tattered near the injector itself. Has anyone ever tried to re and re the little hose? If so how hard is it to do, or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new one?

Thanks,

Pavi
