Thank guys.

Be sure to post back here what you think of it after you read it. I know Gretchen shipped about 15 of them today alone - they are one their way to you now!

They are coming US Postal Service Media Mail (Book Rate) unless you ordered parts at the same time, then they will be coming UPS with your parts.

Hey Carl,
I want a book and a Xlarge tshirt but I dont use PayPal. Any other payment options? Have you considered sending a case of books with one of your folks making the trek to SITM. I am quite sure they could discretely sell out.
Please do send payment info.

Brian:

We accept all kinds of payment and ordering options, so if you dont use PayPal, dont worry.

Keep in mind that phoning it in with a credit card is often just the easiest way. Gretchen can take your order at 920-485-0928 8-5 CST, M-F
...and we thank you.

There is also an order form that you can print out and fax in on this page:

Looks awesome. I will drop a (not so) subtle hint to my wife for my upcoming birthday gift idea.

I want to thank all of you for your interest and purchases of my book.

We just ran out of them at 4:00 today! When we saw how they were moving, we
ordered another 2 cases of them. If they arrive as quickly as the first 2 cases did, I should have them by the end of this week.

Got the book yesterday Carl and read it last night! What a great read. The pics are great also! The shot of your rig next to the semi from VW is priceless! I know how that feels. Thanks for taking the time to put this together.

Fabulous book Carl! I really enjoyed the story and the pictures. I have gained new respect for your ingenuity and abilities.
Keep up the good work.
