'86 928 in Nashville paper today with 57k miles
This is new in today's paper, I know nothing about the car or the owner I don't even know if this is a good price, I just thought I would pass this along. Am quoting as it's listed in the paper:
"Porsche 928 '86, Black on Black, V8, 5 speed, in storage for 5 yrs. no damage history, 57k miles. $6,500. Call 615-479-8355."
Only reason I'm posting is the low mileage, in may very well be worth looking for someone.
Local shop for PPI would be Wicky at Renntag Motorwerks, 615-226-4928. Highly recommended and knows 944's & 968's well, I suspect he knows 928's but I've never talked to him about them though.
PM me if you want me to eyeball it but I'll be out of town most of next week.

Did anyone ever check this out? I'm back in town now and am available for visual look overs or assist taking to Renntag if anyone needs a local set of eyes.

Burning Brakes
I talked extensively with the owner, air needs charging(but he can't guarantee it works), he swears no dash cracks, timing belts done at 50k miles, bad window tint on all windows(it is purple), paint has a few spots apparently from being covered and in storage, a spot on the hood, and on the roof...
I just didn't feel like getting into another project.
