All electronics except wiring looms are same. Headers are different.

I think consensus is that its way too much work to do for sane person.

Its ILLEGAL to have a RHD in your country???? I've seen many RHD cars here in the USA where LHD is by far the norm. Surely there is a way around this without going to all that trouble.
