Default Good 928 Mechanic (in Allentown, PA - rv)

There is a mechanic in Allentown, PA that has done quite a bit of routine work on my 928. He advises me well on maintenance items that i should accomplish and in what order i should pursue them. He knows our cars well from experience working at a shop in NYC. If you need a good diagnostician and mechanic for reasonable rates and good turn-around time, you can find him at Monroe Brake and Muffler in Allentown, PA. The phone number of the shop is 610. 395. 2064. The mechanic's name is Pedro. The shop manager's name is Shawn. If you make an appointment, tell them that you got the referral from me, Allen.

All Best,

Allen in Allentown, PA

Thanks, Dean.

I just sent the info to Dana. Thanks for the suggestion. People who know 928s are resourceful. Although they are pleasant to look at, I would rather be driving my 928.

Thanks for the reference Allen - I didn't know about that mechanic's list. I will send Dana the contact info of the guy I use here to add to the PA list. BTW, nice meeting you at Hershey. Consider this event for this summer - https://rennlist.com/forums/928-forum/424841-pittsburgh-gathering-july-19-and-20-a.html
It's a 928 Owner's Club gathering and lot's of fun....

If my last name was Time, I would have named my son Justin.

Ed,

I am thinking about the Pittsburgh event. it was great meeting you as well. I didn't find much in the way of parts at Hershey so i now regret even more not attending and hanging out with the other 928 owners at Red Robin. I was kinda conflicted on what to do when i finally arrived. Oh, well. It was my first event and there will be more. At least i got to meet several friendly 928 owners. It felt like family.
