Polished my keyhole!
Hello,
I was looking at Dwayne's nice pictorial on pod removal and I noticed his ignition keyhole was nicked and the black paint was looking about like mine. I decided to shine it up so maybe I could even see the keyhole better in dark conditions. It took about 10 minutes and I did it in place. I put some lacquer thinner on a Q-tip and carefully rubbed the metal to remove the residual black paint. You don't want to spill this stuff on your interior. Then I made a polisher out of medium steel wool rolled up and folded over and held in a needle nose vise grip. It looked real nice and the I polished with metal polish. It looks a lot better in real life since the flash accentuated the various flaws. Anyway

Three Wheelin'
Looks great, now just lose that wing and it would be perfect! BTW: In a perfect world, getting your **** polished would be the next thing on the WYAIT list.
