Default Help

Hey guys, I'm at the shop putting in the new clutch and it ain't comin' out as easy as the last one. Got the pinch collar back out of the way and shaft is dislocated from the pilot bearing. All pins and bolts are out but its hangin' up on the ball cup.NO amount of force seems to budge he fork off of the cup. I did not shim the PP as I should have, but what's the easiest thing to do now? I am running out of time at the shop and gettin pretty desperate!
Thanks all ,
Kevin

Any chance of getting it back up and using the shims for the PP? I think it is near impossible to get out without doing that. Also pry the clutch arm off of the ball before dropping the clutch.

Yeah, I think you'll have to put it back together enough to get the shims in.

Louie, Fred, bolted it back up shimmed it, 5 minutes it was in my hands! Moral: next clutch do not try shortcuts! I knew from the previous clutch changes to use procedure, but being in a hurry makes the mind wander.
Thanks!!!!
