Default Help! passenger door lock stuck in locked position

Passenger door lock is stuck in locked position (door closed)
I have applied as much force as I dare with the key and with the **** on the inside. Cant move it out of locked position.

I would be greatful for any input on how to best approach this situation.
Can I access the necessary points with the door closed/locked?

Many thanks,
1991 GT Euro

You may need to force the issue as something is stuck.
The least expensive way is to use force on the internal **** and twist it.
That worked when I have been in this situation and replacing the **** is pretty cheap.
Once you have the door open you need to remove the panel and find out what is going on before it happens again.
