My wife's boss has a white 1977 MB 450SL on ebay with the 3 speed auto. DON'T bid on this car. He gave 7k for it. Worth about what the bid is now, at $2500.00 Nice people, but POS car, otherwise they would have kept it.

my question is, can mount a automatic transmission of a 928 1979 a 928 1982?
if I read the 1979 model possesses a A22.02 and models of 1982 one A22.01, what is the difference between the 2 gearboxes?
