Thanks for looking Alan, and for the pm re alarm at TOS. When I return from SITM, I am going to pull the CE panel and see what's going on back there. I have a spare panel and have harvested good fuse blocks, so that I can replace the bad block from the foglight meltdown. I will also try to figure out where those wires go that are plugged into the fuses. I already disconnected the red jumper at the 9 position some time ago, and there was no consequence whatsover that I ever saw. Don't know yet about the wire in the 2 slot, nor about the splices below the panel.....
