all comments about refunds and A$$ woopings are retracted, because they only apply to paid for service. all I can say is if you have friends help out for beer and pizza please appreciate their time and it is your responsibility to make sure everything goes as planned.
Sure hope that it all works out, at least you arent out money to the porsche shop, and only out labor that you are going to have to re-do the job yourself.
