Default Relay for seat belt warning system BUZZING all the time

I found where the BUZZING is coming from in my sons 80 model. In the Manual, Volume 5 page 90-23 it shows EXACTLY what is buzzing in this car. The culprit is just behind the radio and the photo is taken from the passenger floor board. The buzzing is continuous and I can put my finger on this box and FEEL the vibration well enough to know it is the source. I don't see any other mention of this in the manuals and as you can see...it has numerous wires running into it.......I have cleaned all known grounds....no change. How can I disconnect or fix this????
ANY help would be appresiated...its diving me MAD.

You can remove the relay without issue.

Starting in '86, the relay tells the windows-still-work-after-you-turn-off-the-car-until-you-open-the-door-or-take-out-the-key-relay that you've taken out the key, but that's no biggie, actually a plus, IMHO.

Starting with the digital dash(?), you can remove the relay by just taking out the ashtray, instead of having to take off a side panel. There's a extra bank of relays pointing toward the rear of the car, behind the ashtray.

I ended up just taking A7 loose from the panel....I think that cuts power to seat warning system....Does anyone see a problem with that???

It did stop the buzzer.
