There's a pretty good suggestion regarding using a fan console from the Ford Contour to replace the clutch fan. That includes the shroud and the fan, and should be available in the secondary parts market.

I wasn't wild about using power to the coil, but I used it only to power the relay, and attached it on the battery side of the resistor? where it is still 12 volts and not stepped down. I also fused it there to prevent any damage to THAT circuit. I really felt that it was a nice place to grab a switched power source and relatively innocuous.
