Whip Out Your Knobs
I want to see your ***** guys.
I installed a short shifter with one of Carl's shift gates. I put on a fairly cheap shift **** that I am sure will only be temporary. So, who has got the coolest. Let me see some pictures of your *****.

When you chose your favorite ****, you can decide two ways:
1. Pick the coolest ****
2. Pick the **** that goes best with the interior style of the 928.
Notice that other than a few pieces that have to be round for functionality (wheels, headlights, steering wheel, or dash *****, NOTHING visible on the 928 is exactly round, ball shaped, or even running a consistent curve.
Not the wheel wells, not the wheel arches, not even the openings in the phone dials... They all have "rounded" shapes, but are not exactly round.
Similarly, you'll have a hard time finding any straight lines on the 928, except for the side moldings and the S4 lower body pieces (rocker panels).
The design theme of the 928 revolves about this rounded and cuverd theme that avoids geometry whenever possible. Maybe that's part of the 928s timeless appeal.
Just something to consider, if you decide to follow philosophy #2 for your upgrade...

Paul,
Your work is gorgeous. I was thinking of ***** that would still show off the 928 Motorsports shift gate.
BTW, my interior is thankfully black. Burgundy exterior.
Nicole,
It is awesome that you think that much about 928's. Will definitely cosinder the lines.

) along with the new leather seat covers and carpeting I ordered from Rob Budd. Your opinion is probably the one I'll pay the most attention to. You have the eye of an artist.
Hey Paul,
Is it just me or do you have the leather boots assembled on the plastic base backwards. Should the wide part be toward the front?
BTW -- how much are the leather ones going for?
