I am a member of many forums since my interests cover Climbing, Triathlon, Watches, Classic Cars and more as well as 928s. As a new 928 owner I have been reading this forum for about 6 months and I have to tell you it is the best mannered, most helpful and downright friendly forum I have used. In particular "noobies" like myself are answered patiently even if the answers cover old ground. On other sites noobies are frequently "flamed" for asking the obvious and sometimes the level of abuse is quite nasty. The quality of the technical replies is first class making this site the "go to" source for all things 928. So to all members and especially the regular contributors, take a bow and accept a well earned slap on the back.

Haha, funny that you mentioned this. I was born and lived my first 23 years in Singapore. But you are wrong on one point....they actually cane you first before they feed you to the cockaroaches
Brianrheffron, you'd better read the FAQ and do your timing belt before your fellow 928 Rennlist brethrens feed you to the cockaroaches!
I agree with the original poster, I've gotten some great advice on my snap decision to purchase an 84, and I've been getting great maintenance tips as well.
This forum is great, without it I probably wouldn't have taken the plunge into sharkdom...
