Post Tom Selleck's 928

Hello all,

I am trying to locate pictures of the interior of a 928 that was on sale about a year ago. It was said to have been Tom Selleck's car and it had a custom all leather tan interior.

The link is now dead but I thought that maybe someone had kept the pictures.

Thanks in advance

Paul

I resent it, just in case. Let me know, if you still don't get it.

Hey Nicole,

nothing showed up on this side. I really don't understand since I get tons of graphics all the time for my business.

Could you just email me a note to see if that goes through

That's the one Steve. Thanks

If you have any more detail shots of it, I would appreciate it.

Thanks again and thank you Nicole for trying.

Check your e-mail. It's all leather(from the Factory, not aftermarket). It seems pretty standard to me, except for the Instrument POD. That Pod is awsome!!

What's so special about the pod?
Mine looks exactly the same.
Am I missing something?

Paul: I have no idea why it did not work.

Reinhardt: I think the unusual thing is that this interior was most likely not done at the factory but by somebody here in the US after the car was delivered.

Porsche did not offer leather on dash and center console here for a while, due to the shrinkage of the leather and the fact that their glue was not able to keep the leather in place.

In the meantime, Porsche found better glue that does not get soft in the heat, and we can get leather dashes again for new Porsches here.

Paul,

Thinking about trying to buy it? Is is a nice car that's been stored indoors. Wanted high 20's I believe. Last I heard it was somewhere down in Orange county California.
