Why are some members allowed to have much larger Avatars than other members? Is there something that I am missing?

prob'ly doesn't have to do with being allowed as much as they might have had theirs uploaded before the file size/picture size limits were put in place.

or JD just hasn't put a high priority on it and gotten on them about it...
