Onthedge928s4 responded personally to my earlier question finally although cryptic to say the least…not sure what he meant as I don’t read broken English that well. Randy, I thought a post can only be deleted by administrators or the one posting as that was my question to him and he responded he didn’t delete the post himself (or did he)

Well anyway, I’ll let this sleeping dog lie but $450 is a rip-off price so I hope all is legit and the buyer is happy.

He deleted the body of the message, for whatever reason.

If I had deleted it, there'd be no remaining trace of it - well, except for the queries by the conspiracy theorists asking why it was deleted <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" /> .

Ahhhhh! So he indeed lied to me...Well... whatever...no big deal to me as I was just wondering in the beginning why he had deleted his initial response as to why the first guy backed out.

gentleman,
just to clear the air a bit.i posted the books for a fair price. The buyer backed out
for whatever reason ,It didn`t really matter to me.I posted them on ebay and took 425.00 from a shop owner.these manuals were perfect not one spec of dirt all updates form porsche and are hard to get these days.I`m still trying to figure out how there can be so much story telling .What`s the deal ,if you want them you buyem if not thanks for stoppping by.It`s like being in a shop of old ladies complaining that the milk has gone up a nickle!I just sold a complete front suspension off a 87 s4 for 500.00 from rotors,calipers,struts all control arms springs and hardware.Nobody complained about that.
