Help troubleshooting cooling fans.

Well, after taking all connections apart for testing and reassembling everything the system is working fine, even with the old relay (40 amp). My best guess is a deteriorated connection, either at the temp. switch, or the connector coming off the fans.
Thanks for the input. I will be checking to see what the load is, with fans on vs. off.
