The Cleat Suction Cup
I bought the kit last week and I finally got a chance to video it. I kept it below the speed limit so I won't get flamed :icon107:.
The suction cup works awesome. Before I was trying to make something work with a tripod but I wanted to keep it clean and looking nice. Enjoy... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KX_xCvpJ4iE |
Seems to work, why did you shift at 4000 RPM?

Sorry, "the cleat" was discussed in the past so I thought everyone would know what I was talking about.
The Cleat is basically a vacuum suction pump to attaches to your video equipment on a flat non-porous surface. It can safely hold up to 10 lbs. My camera is a JVC Everio GZ-MG130 with a macro lens. With the optional extended battery it probably weights less than 4 lbs. I mounted mine on the driver's side since I read somewhere that it is not advisable to attach anything on the inside of the windshield (besides a radar detector). |
