1- This is a Japanese model
2- Sold at a Japanese auction before Christmas
3- Sold on Ebay a couples of weeks ago for more than 20000$
4- Pictures are from the Ebay's auction which were taken in Japan
If I understand correctly, that car need to be federalize to be legal in the States ( a lot of $$$$) and he doesn't know that before buying the car so he's selling it for less money.
But he does not say anything about that in is ad !!!
Sent him a couple of emails and I am still waiting for a answer.
Any of you leave near Naples and can take a look at the car?
I am in Naples, and I saw that too, if you get response I can look, but I don't know jack about the Japanese import process and whether to verify if it was done right or not. My mechanic is simply the best, and he can do a pre-purchase on it if necc. Let me know.. I will be happy to look it over if he responds , I sent and email also, this came on the market a couple of weeks ago.
I've been calling for months, now just for fun to see if anyone will answer or return the call. Neither has happened thus far. The background for the pictures is the exact same as the recent batch of Japanese cars offered on Ebay. The car is NOT is Naples, at least not Naples, Fl. Not sure what's going on, but something is fishy, very fishy.
Too bad really, nice looking car. I wonder why he would take the time to place the add and put in a phone number only to never answer of return the calls? What's the point?
