2001 928 Frenzy V on Oct 13, 2001
The Potomac Region of the Porsche Club Of America is sponsoring the fifth annual “2001 Porsche 928 Shark Frenzy” on Saturday, October 13, 2001. This years Frenzy includes five separate activities over three days: driver’s education event and informal reception on Friday, October 12th, Frenzy V and Banquet/Quiz on Saturday, October 13, and a Concourse on Sunday, October 14th.
Frenzy V kicks off with “FATT” (Friday at the Track), a driver’s education event at Summit point put on by BSR, which will be followed by an informal reception at the Holiday Inn Washington Dulles at 7:30 PM.
Frenzy V continues with registration at 8:00 AM on Saturday at Doctor John’s Motor Sports located in Sterling, VA. Frenzy V will feature discussions by several national 928 experts including 928 Specialists, Devek, and Car Care Specialists on maintaining, modifying and keeping your 928 in the best condition possible. Additional Frenzy V features include Jay Kempf demonstrating an alternate time belt tensioning tool and several special 928’s hopefully including the Tilos’ Car (a 600 supercharged HP race car seen in the May 1999 Excellence Magazine) and Sterling Gee’s 928 SG (see http://www.928sg.com/home.htm).
After the Frenzy, a Banquet/Quiz is scheduled at the Holiday Inn beginning at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, October 14th a Concours will be held for all Porsche models with the 928 as the featured marquee. To register for any of this years “Frenzy V” events please complete a registration form and send check or money order (no cash please) payable to “PCA Potomac” and send to: 2001 Frenzy V, Attn: P. Loedding, 5526 Talon Court, Fairfax, VA 22032. Registration for the Frenzy will close on September 28th (9/28 get it?). Pete, I must be missing it. I looked all around the site, but could not find any registration form to download/print for the Frenzy. Please advise. Thanks.

The applications were supposed to be up on the site this past weekend. Please check back in a couple of days as they will be availabe shortly!
