Lets try this:

How easy is it to change the crank pulleys on a 928? - are there any modular pulleys or is stock always a single bell type unit?

Like to use a larger alternator pulley and a different air pump pulley (for an alternate vac pump)

Ahh OK,
for this there may be some experimental pulley designs for applications for the supercharging guys,
that said maybe you could get a smaller pulley from one of these operations.

I know Ralph out here in CO was doing some pulley swapping for his supercharger
