Post Wheel part numbers

I found a set of wheels for sale. The owner says they are from a 1990 928 and that the part number on all 4 wheels is the same (928-701.287.10). I saw a picture of the rims and they appear to be the flat dish style 7X16 fronts and 8X16 rears. Looking at the PET database I found the following #'s: Fronts, 928.362.115.01 or 928.362.155.01 as a 7J X 16, 65mm offset. Rears, 928.362.117.01 or 928.362.157.01 as a 8J X 16, 52.3mm offset. I find it difficult to beleive that all 4 wheels have the same PN. I can't find this PN in the PET database either. Can anyone enlighten me?

I thought the '90 S4 and GT would have come
with the spoked Design 90 wheels with the
RDK sensors in them.

The seller did mention that the wheels had the sensors built into the wheels. I assumed he was talking about the air pressure sensors. PET shows that both the flat style and design 90 style were available for MY 90.

The 1990 Tech bulletin lists 5 different wheel types ( forged and cast aluminum design 90 and three light alloy ones) with about 15 different PNs based on size. I found the PN you listed from PET but it does not list his PN. The PN is not in the 91 either.

You need someone with a Porsche Catalog to look up the number to determine what they are.
