Default JagGraveyard - BEWARE

I guess newbies make mistakes. That's what makes them newbies.

I bought two keyheads off eBay off this company JagGraveyard in October. I called in November and December to ask why I haven't received the item. In January they finally tell me-- sorry, we lost your order-- "it's in the mail right now."

Today, I call back, still keyless. They are promising me a refund.

I'm not holding my breath.

Just contest the charge on your credit card and move on.

Actually...you can. If it were in the original billing cycle you could contact your CC company and dispute the charge as unrecieved goods. I think your SOL since the time has lapsed. PayPal sucks. I considered adding that to my signiture. The whole idea of buyer protection or seller protection is a falicy. They dont do crap. They tell you to contact the other party and work it out.

Dont buy that kinda stuff from Ebay sellers!

FYI that key head you probably were charger $30 shipped for, is $12

Anything that you see an ebay seller listing in multiple auctions, assume its marked up 100%

The clutch and brake pedal for a manual 928 can be found on Ebay for $20-30, but I paid i think $4 each. Buyer beware on Ebay.

Don't give up so easily - check with Paypal and see if they will let you dispute the charge. In the credit card world, which may be applicable to Paypal (not sure if it is, but they may nevertheless follow these rules), you get 60 days from when you get the statement that the charge appears on to challenge the charge if its a "billing error". You would be out of time for this assertion. However, under a different art of therule, for merchant disputes, I don't think the time rule applies - instead, you must first make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute with the merchant, and then tell the creditor. The creditor will then conduct its own investigation. You could still win. These rules are federal law, for credit cards. See if Paypal, which may or may not be considered a "credit card" under the law (federal Reg Z, 12 CFR §226.12). The on;y other thing is that these disputes apply to charges of $50 or more. If you are under that, then you may not have recourse. Bottom line, don't just walk away from it, but invest in a phone call to Paypal's number...

Lighted Key Heads are $20.95.
$12 seems way cheap as they are more than that from Porsche and not available OEM.
Still I have been wrong before 8>)

I had exactly the same problem with this dealer a couple of years ago, with exactly the same excuse. If it's any consolation, I did finally receive the keyheads, but only after several quite nasty (on his part) email exchanges. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PERSON!

I disputed PayPal payment for non-shipment. Think you've got 90 days from order.
I was very surprised that I got money refunded to PayPal account.

Went to the Ebay Resolution Center to start the process.

I have done business with these people in the past, I think it took me about 6 mos to get a steering rack from them. In fact they sent me a post card asking for me to return my core long before I got my rebuilt rack from them. I finally received the rebuilt rack but never sent them my core. I was afraid to send them the core as I did not know how long the rack would last and did not want them to bugger up a good core.

Oh! and they charge your credit card when you place the order not when they ship the item!!
