Fix it until it is!
I decided to change the cars fluids. I'm switching to synthetic fluid and flushed my brake lines this week in preperation for Sebring. I got in the car to drive between jobs this morning and the clutch pedal had brake fluid on it - I only found out because as I pushed on the clutch pedal it went to the floor, and I had to reach down to pull it back up.![crying](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bigcry.gif)
Does anyone here know of master cylinder rebuild part numbers (the puck would be handy) - prefferably crossed over to Napa or a national parts chain right off hand?
TIA,
Michael

did you also flush the clutch which uses the same fluid?
Could be you have air in the slave so the pedal goes to the floor. Of course, this you should fix the M/C anyway.

I finally made it home to take a 3 hour Nap![thumbup](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/thumbup.gif)
We had 15 minutes sleep in 48 hours... Whew - Now that's what seperates the men from the boys![ooops](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/icon501.gif)
I sure love this rennlist search function - and the four letter word
TIME![bowdown](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bowdown.gif)
I found this at rockauto.com
1978 928 clutch master cylinder rebuild kit
Raybestos P/N CMK 1899
Cost - - $16.11 - -
Anyone have experience with this kit?
I ordered 2![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Now off to the Shark cave to install Ross's Tranny....
Anyone feel like joining in?
