Plead NOT GUILTY!
Your Honor - in your most humble voice - "I was unable to signal as it took two hands on the wheel to maintain control and I was doing a emergency stop".![crying](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bigcry.gif)

Actually it wasn't bad. It happened 2 years ago coming back from Frenzy 9. It's off my record now.
LOL!
If you had been there we might have ended up as cell mates! ![ooops](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/icon501.gif)
Actually IIRC the fine was $239.00, but it could have been SOOOOO much worse.
Neither... just saying. And yes, I'm getting close. I might actually get it running by this weekend. Hard to imagine.
I have a scanned copy of the citation at home I think. I see if I can dig it up.
LOL!

This is what i was prepared to do had i not been too drowzy after my medical procedure to drive there. (Remember in my first post that i was suffering from an injury related to being rear ended in my first 928 that i owned for less than an hour.) The cost to appeal nearly exceeded the cost of the ticket so i just let it go. If i had unlimited resources i certainly would have fought it on principle. The cop was out to generate revenue and not be helpful to a stranded motorist.
So between my car accident in the first 928 and this ticket you might say that I've been rear-ended twice now.
All Best,
Allen

I decided it wasn't worth my time to appeal.
