How come the driver of the truck's body isn't lying on the pavement with a sheet over him, not from the accident , but when you took him from the truck and beat him to death...LOL

How do we know the 928 is a goner? I always hate to see one of these cars damaged, so perhaps I'm simplistically hopeful.

Actually I didn't express much anger at the dude. I'm actually a pretty chill guy. That and I guess I was just too shocked by all of it. Yeah thats the driver in the Jersey, he wasn't very talkative either. He did actually say "Dude, I'm really sorry for wrecking your Porsh" which came across feeble and oddly inappropriate. His little brother on the other hand seemed quite pleased with all the excitement. It did really baffle me how little damage the truck took, apparently "Built Ford Tough" is actual truth in advertisement. Steel vs aluminum though, no contest. I am keeping track of where the vehicle is and when it will be auctioned and I will have a representative bid on it for me. It still ran after the impact and from what I saw I believe the engine was not impacted and it was very smooth running w/ low miles so I'd like to get the car back. That was my favorite color combination... So sad.

It's a Chevy truck, built on a steel frame, but your "Porsh" only has its outer shell in aluminum - all structural parts on the front are galvanized steel.

Either way, that was a very sad day...I agree that this is a beautiful color combination that is hard to replace.

The driver was just trying to slow you down as you entered the 15MPH School Zone at 45MPH, he was just trying to protect the kids. Suprised the with how ticket happy Cape Coral police are you didn't get a ticket also.

Dude, the speed limit was 45. We moved our vehicles out of the main drag. Even if I had hit him going that way the impact would have slowed me from 45 to 0 before passing the 15mph sign thus the results would be the same: He is at fault.

I have a good black body for all those good parts. Just transfer them.
