Very impressive for a car company with relatively low volumes...

Confirmed what we've all expirianced
Porsche's high on the list, but the article doesn't say a word about it. They also failed to identify Volvo as a being Ford brand - something that didn't help their quality.

Check out "daimler/chrysler" OUCH! I'd blame the boys in detroit, but having owned a slk 230, its no paragon of build quality.
VW too, that is NOT impressive given the hype around them.

Porsche was #1 by manufacturer, and #4 by brand:
"As it has for the past several years, Toyota Motor Corp.'s Lexus luxury unit topped the brand rankings with 163 problems per 100 vehicles, followed by Nissan Motor Co. Ltd.'s Infiniti brand, GM's Buick unit, Porsche AG and Honda Motor Co. Ltd.'s Acura brand. "
