FWIW - I raced on a J/35 a few moons ago, back in CT, 'HIGHLAND PIPER', owned by a great Cap'n,
who I still admire today (RIP) - Jack Campbell.
I met the crew, got invited to race with them, but I've often wondered. . .
if the 'season pass' didn't get sealed when I was found sleeping on board in my fave 'Dress Campbell' flannel shirt, the next day!
