Power Window Problems

My 86.5 windows are acting weird. In the fall, I replaced the relay since windows/sunroof were inoperable. All worked okay after that.
The passenger window stopped working. The switch was questionable, so I replaced it. Didn't fix the problem.
Today, both windows stopped working (but sunroof did), so I pulled the fuse. It was okay. When I put it back in, both windows worked briefly, then the passenger stopped working again. Driver side is back to working normally.
I figure someone has experienced something like the before, so anyone got a lead for me before I start pulling doors apart to look at connections?
Thanks,
Matt

Matt check the CE panel, and the bottom of your blower box it may be leaking and if it is then your fuse panel will be corroding, c get a fure chart if you dont have one and check for the correct fuse placement and the correct relay placement , also inspect your relays for corrosion if you find any corroded then take the cover for interal inspection make sure the battery is disconnected fues chart www.928gt.com.
If you blower box is leaking dont let the car get wet till you reseal the blower box

Matt,
Have you taken the switches apart to check the contacts inside? When the center console warps ever so slightly, it can affect the travel of the rocker switch and make it so it doesn't make contact. A new switch might have changed the alignment for a while, then when it settled you had a similar problem.
I'd check this and try pushing the contact in the switch with the cover off (but watch out because the little metal square (newer switch) or the bent pair of metal spring contacts (older style) will escape between your seat and the console never to be seen again if you aren't ready for them to jump as soon as you pop the cover.
I've had problems with both of these and the sunroof switch, and eventually got them worked out by cleaning the contacts and shaving the rear of the switch with a razor knife.
