I am sorry to announce I must cancel the GTG in NO. VA. My son just informed me over the weekend he was called up to serve in Iraq. Also, just yesterday my only brother had bleeding on the brain after a fall and under went emergency surgery in San Diego. So my mindset is I might have to travel in a minutes notice.
I plan to try this GTG again sometime in the spring. I have a Bloom within 4 blocks of my house and will see about doing a car show in their parking lot too. I will give more notice for this GTG. The name and theme will remain the same. Ground Shark Day.

Again, I apologize for the cancel, but at this point my heart is not into getting a party together. Especially, since I wanted to do this one up big.

Hey Al,

Many of us respond pretty late to these invitations so I wanted to let you know there were quite a few guys that were planning on coming and hadn't posted a reply yet.

But obviously we all understand. Your current circumstances puts some perspective on all this car stuff.

Hope your brother is ok and recovers from his accident and your son stays safe overseas.

Ditto on what Panzer said.

If you guys hadn't yet made other plans maybe we can have tht GTG at my place. Nothing fancy. It is the first weekend of the month however. Sorry as I have kinda been busy with the two boys.

Al,

We will make plans again some day, the Bloom idea sounds great! Pray your brother recovers and your son stays out of harm. By the way, Im one of those late responders, I would have been there, and ALWAYS look forward to GTG's no matter what the turnout!

Michael, Im in for yours, will be recharging my battery tonight!!

Just got back online after a few days of travel. Sorry to hear about the issues that arose and hope all is well. Look forward to seeing everyone at a GTG in the near future. Also hope the MD GTG went well.

Best,
Eric

So is there a GTG at michaelathome's? We can replace his O2 sensor as a "tech session"...
