Will an '83 Euro gain much from a chip and tuning?

Not sure... I know his plate is pretty full, but you could call him. It never hurts to ask.

No. An 83 Euro is not SharkTunable/chipable.

Guys I'm feeling some weirdness here about the expense of a sharktuner. All the r&d involved , the expensive parts, the time, etc. etc. Give John a break for Pete's sake. That being said, John could I get one for 500 bucks since I got yer back bro?

If you are running stock chips you can gain some serious timing advantages by just buying the 'eBay' clone chips for like $50. I think 928 Intl. sells the Autothority brand name ones I've got. They're much more pricey (under $500?). Seriously wakes up the car though.

You can also check with Porken, he's got a setup that is switchable and does something similar by advancing the timing through a hardware setup to 'fool' the LH somehow I think.

Nope.....the last year of the old school CIS motor..... but its actually easier to tune......break out the old timing light...drop in some 101 octane and start cranking up the timing!!! Then just back it back down to stock when your done!
