Talking What time is it...

Noooo...Not Howdy Doody time!

LMAO..
Im sure i will get some grief for this!

I can pinpoint the idea to the "928 clock" or something like that which pops up on ebay now and then.
Well, i had this plain ole clock in the garage..Walmart special or something..appx 6inch face...single AA battery etc etc...combine that with a new computer and scanner i recently bought...some spare time with a new photo editing program. ....and TAH DAH!!

My wife just shook her head. Im like, "dont worry dear, its going in the garage, not the living room...not yet atleast LOL"

I have the file stored and if any of you have one of those cheap plastic clocks, i can send you the JPEG of it. Just print it on glossy paper and cut it out..place it in the clock face!

now on to Ver 2.0

Tony, now how could anyone call that a non-productive usage of leisure "time".... ? <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />

Suggestion for "Version 2.0" - do the numbers in the original block-style Porsche font.

Suggestion for "Version 3.0" - do the numbers in the newer slanted-style "GTS type" Porsche font.

One of the local 928 owners had an 18" wheel that was damaged, but the face was still in great condition. He cut off the face, drilled 12 holes around the, perimeter, put 12 of those aluminum valve stem caps with the Porsche logo on them in the holes, and put a clock movement in the center. Maybe the wife would prefer something like that for the living room. It could be painted or anodized to match the drapes.
