If you get a good signal there on the occasions when the car won't start, reconnect the plug to the EZK, disconnect the plug from the LH, and connect to the LH plug terminals 1 and 17. Terminal 1 is positive and terminal 17 is ground. Check there for that same signal that you got earlier in the thread at W11. If you get a good signal at those EZK 6 and 23 terminals but nothing at the LH 1 and 17 terminals, the issue is with the EZK or the wiring coming out of it that supplies the tach signal to the LH.
I vote this to be one of the most helpful posts this year! I need to meet this Z guy one of these days!

BTW, I finished building my black box last night. So I, too, now have an ocsilloscope!

Got my vote…wow thanks Z, that is very helpful! I'll go back and look at the diagram and see if I can follow that.
Last night I put the car up on jack stands and crawled under, the Oil pan and or Rear Main has a bad leak, after speaking w/Paul this morning I am going to R&R that next and also check the ”flex Plate”.

Thanks again!

My $.02 contribution on injectors...

A couple of years ago I had my injectors cleaned and flowed locally. I paid something crazy - like $45 each for the service. My justification was that it was better then paying for new.

Fast forward to a couple weeks ago...my 951 develops a leaky injector. I happened across MotorMan Fuel Injection in Michigan. This guys sells rebuilt injectors for $29 each, or will rebuild yours for $19 each. I sent my injectors to him via USPS Priority, and got them back in a week. They work LIKE NEW!

No affiliation - just a very pleased customer. His site is www.injectors4u.com
