Does anyone have 2 of the 87 and up bushings they could sell to me?

I'd like the third, if that's cool.

I wish there was a part number for those buggers.

Thanks Tony,

I just need two like the ones in Kens pic. Porken needs the 3rd one. Let me know what you want for them and I'll deduct it from the injector bushings price.

How do you get these out?

I can see its just a socket..17-18mmm or the likes but they seem to be counter sunk in the block to the point were you cant get a socket on them. There isnt enough room between the "bolt edge" and the edge of the block in which it sits?

I dont want to damage them.

Sounds like you'll need to donate a socket to the grinder

You guys are going to laugh...but I had one of those cheap "socket things" that come with a new water faucet kit, laying in the bottom of my tool box. The dumb little thing fit right over the head and I was able to put a wrench on it and back out the plug.

I don't know whether a hardware store would have these for sale or not.

ok..i got them out.
Im going to have to start a thread about offical home made Porsche tools!

took a grinder to it...ground it flat to get rid of the rounded edge...then took the grinder to the edge to make it thinner. It then slipped right on. Since the block is on the ground in the garage i had to stand on it and uses a cheater bar for leverage. They came out though, undamaged.

OK..i have all 3.

the front and aft ones are threaded to recieve the knock sensor. The middle one is basically a "plug" with a 6mm hex reciever

Charles has dibs on one for sure...

Ken do you need the other? do yo need the "plug" as well? If not im sending everything to Charles.
