What a bunch of lazy people. It seems like the younger the person, the more apt they are to sleep in?

Nothing like taking the opportunity to drive the car while the weather is good.....I hope that all of you sleepy heads get stranded in future weekends by rain.

John: The chances of back-back weekends in the 911 are better than average.

Ed, Im am beat down from the X-mas holiday, besides the place that your wanting to go to is about 70-80 miles away from me, one way.

Also old people go to bed at 8pm, so naturally you guys wake up at 5am without an alarm.

OUCH, Damn.....

Justins excuse is the same one we were using, the holiday part, not the distance one.

I've had a ride in it, it is sweet. It's the second fastest 6 cylinder I've been in lately.

On the subject of our coffee: I guess there will be a lot of snoring to be heard in the DFW area with all of the people sleeping in tomorrow morning. Of course, the other option is that they go to bed a wee bit earlier to get up in time to make it over.

Looks like I've hit a nerve. Justin, no worries my friend, we've come to not expect you to show.

My sentiments exactly Malcolm! That's why I put the wet weather curse on them. They should know that our weather this time of year is unpredicable.

It will be 31 degrees in the morning, but sunny and headed for 57 as a high. I just took the Targa top off, I'm going for fresh air!

BTW, we can discuss the possibility of a New Year's Day drive tomorrow. I'm sick of reading about all of the So. Calif. drives planned for that day..

That's an option Ed, I just took all 4 feet off the ground on the '88 and am going to do some major cleaning underneath, I can't believe I've not gone under there to do this. Also going to get new rear rubber mounted some time tomorrow.

Is it bad when you go buy 6 cans of brake/carb cleaner to get the grunge off the bottom of the car? I figure if I'm going to do the MM/Pan then I should have it a bit cleaner. I realized when I put her up in the air, that I've done nothing under the '88 except the PS hoses and radiator install. My God, I've got 20 years of **** stuck in there. If you are bored, come on by.

I really wish it was as easy to take the motor out in this as it was for your 911. I'd have pulled it already and done some real work. I'm also thinking that while I've got it up there, might as well do everything, like new Boges and Eibach springs. I wish santa had brought me some $$.
