I posted this on the other thread as well.

This is an aftermarket pot. If your Pot is bad, rather than rebuilding, just purchase then install.

Don't know where it came from or who makes it - There are no manufacturer logo's anywhere.

Hmmm... Any details on the ICs (can't tell from the picture)?

Try a google search on the serial/type # if you can find any - might hold a clue.

I did a search and it's an aftermarket pot that was wired in into my harness. I guess it was needed to pass federalization and it allows the user to adjust the CO levels from within the car?.

I took it out and wired it back to OEM - At one time I tried to wired it back in (Don't ask) and I fried the unit - Notice the Black Blob top right of the picture.

H or Melitrim Model91 is what the main board says on the turn dial.
