Hey, I'm low tech. I just pulled the plugs let the oil drain into the cylinders. then I cleaned the holes with some carb cleaner and cleaned the plug ends too. I put it all back together and it ran fine. I guess if you have a whole lot of fluid in the cylinder it could hydrolock, so maybe a good idea to run it around a few times before putting the plugs in, but then you spit goop all over the engine bay. I suppose for the real **** they could get a big syringe and pull it out of there.
